The receptionist Mandy was very jovial and warm hearted,she attends to all my needs and did excepionally well.The location was a plus as i could walk from the train station to the hotel.It was also close to the venue of my event.

The hotel staff was efficient considering the type of hotel and the long line of customers. The bed was bigger than I expected and clean. The shower was welcome. We slept well for about 6 hours between very long flights and needed it. Pretty much a last minute airport stay at a price that I could afford. It's not the Ritz, but if you are considering this hotel, you know that. Just understand your expectations.

The entire place looks run down The toilet had some built-up stuff in it. The furniture's is falling apart, and the entire place needs to be renovated , When I booked, they asked if I needed a non-smoking room. I said yes, and when I arrived and was checking in I asked the gentleman at the front desk if a non-smoking room and his reply was all the room are smoked room but if need be the have smoked replant. It was late, and I was really tired from travelling so I had to stay the night but I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

I guess its just worth the price. It's not a 5 star but it has all the basics. Warm bath water, its clean and accessible to subways. They didn't really do any room service for all my three nights there though. The hotel is just okay. No issues. The receptionists were helpful and very friendly

The location suited our purpose. We were close by family, and transportation links were good. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showering. It also helped that the motel is situated on the main road. Staff were also helpful and pleasant.
